From placing a Vacation Rental on your Compound, to having an Office or Coffee Shop in Town, there are a variety of options for your container placement. The most common places for a unit are on property that you own. If you are renting land we will simply verify ○ ○ ○ placement permissions prior to building.

We will then conduct a Property Analysis and Consultation where we will determine if you can place a shipping container home on your property and what requirements are associated with doing so,

If you are looking to live in your Container Home full time and have yet to find placement, We can locate available plots that are in your area. Our units are Certified and acceptable in almost Any location.
Step 3
Contract & Confirm
Once you have selected your Design & Verified your Location, We will provide a comprehensive construction contract Contract should be reviewed & Signed followed by an Initial Deposit
We require 50% down to begin building, 25% upon completion and the remaining 25% on delivery.
